the 30 hour famine is stupid, stupid, stupid.

there is absolutely no need to starve yourself; it will do nothing for starving people. nothing.

stop acting all glorified and self-righteous and think like you’re helping starving people by starving yourself. all that is doing is damaging your own body. i very seriously doubt these people would want you to go through what they did.

the only way to help those people is to donate money and food.
